Most of us have been taught that when we have symptoms and disease, our bodies must be broken and that we are powerless to do anything about it and we will be stuck with them for life. This couldn't be further from the truth!!
Your body is in fact a wise and intelligent self-healing organism, and knows what to do to heal. When you have symptoms and the body doesn't heal itself automatically, it's because there are important learning's in the situation for you, or blockages such as stress, past traumas, emotional baggage, limiting beliefs, toxic relationships, poor nutrition, toxic chemicals, unhealthy boundaries and patterns of behaviour, lack of self-love and self-care. All of these things play a huge role in the state of your health and your bodies ability to self-heal.
I offer one on one health coaching sessions teaching you powerful tools and tips, plus the key factors that will help you to reconnect to yourself and heal.
When emotions arise, we are supposed to feel them, then release them and let them go. They are supposed to flow through our body like water. But because some emotions are not so nice to feel, instead of feeling the emotion in our body and releasing it, we can end up stuffing down the energy of the emotion because we don’t want to feel and experience it.
The problem is however, if we keep stuffing down our emotions, they don’t just go away and stay stuck inside our body and over time can make us feel overwhelmed, unhappy and really triggered by certain situations. Also, emotions that have been suppressed can result in anxiety, symptoms and disease.
Learning how to feel and release my emotions was the most valuable thing I learned on my healing journey, and helped in every area of my life. Emotional release helped my body to heal, I gained more energy, helped me to release triggers and let go (go with the the flow), helped me to heal trauma, helped me to feel happier and more at peace, and helped to minimise and release physical pain (most pain is of an emotional origin).
I offer one on one emotion coaching sessions, teaching you powerful tools including Transpirational Havening, Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT), and TTT - Trauma Tapping Technique that you can use on yourself to help you release your emotions and heal.
The Havening Techniques were created by neuroscientist Dr Ronald Ruden, in collaboration with his twin brother Dr Steven Ruden and introduced to the world in 2013. They are revolutionary psychosensory techniques that use gentle touch to create healing and calming Delta Waves which soothe and regulate the nervous system, and aid in the release of stored trauma, emotions, phobias and fears.
Havening assists with de-linking trauma from the brain, and alters a persons response to a distressing event - so they know the event has happened but the emotional charge and associated sensations disappear, allowing the person to heal and move forward in life.
Havening can also be used to build resiliency, create positive future outcomes, enhance self-love, and the creation of healthy new beliefs.
As a student of Healing Touch, I also offer sessions to aid in healing. Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing, heart-centered energy therapy (similar to Reiki) that uses gentle touch to clear, balance, restore and support the human energy system.
One-one sessions are 60-90 minutes long and are carried out either in person, Skype, Zoom or Facebook Messenger
